Oscar Moreno

Certified Public Accountant and Bachelor in Business Administration from UCA, with a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UCA. His professional career spans more than 30 years in the financial market, having worked at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, as well as in several national and international banks. He has experience both locally and abroad.

He has served as CEO of Banco Saenz SA and Bi Bank SA, holding leadership responsibility in transformation processes. Previously, he was Country Head of Corporate Banking at HSBC. He has worked as an independent consultant on issues related to finance, strategy, management, and new business development. He specializes in digital transformation processes, capital markets transactions both locally and internationally, and risk management.

An entrepreneur, he is a founding partner of technology market solutions aimed at providing efficiency solutions for SME management. He has participated on the boards of Interbanking SA and Gire SA, as well as in IAEF and the Steering Committee of IDEA Pyme.

He is Director of the SME Program at UCA’s Business School. He is a university professor with experience teaching undergraduate courses, In-Company training, and MBA programs at UCA. He also teaches MBA courses at UBS (UADE Business School) and ESEADE.
