With more than 20 years of experience in business valuation, strategic financial planning, and organizational restructuring. She has led valuation projects in mergers and acquisitions, credit risk analysis, and portfolio optimization for both national and international companies.

She has held prominent roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Park Street Imports, Head of Finance at Finalis—where she facilitated the raising of $10M in venture capital funds—and previously at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Transfer Pricing Tax Associate, leading valuation processes of intangible assets. She also worked as an Independent Consultant focusing on technology startup companies, developing business plans and advising founding teams on strategic, financial, and management matters.
